Planned and supported marketing and employee communication strategies to launch PG&E PowerPathway, a public-private partnership initiative. Tasked with developing a pool of highly skilled utility and renewable energy candidates to address the company's growing ranks of retirees, the program achieved recognition by The White House as a national best practice model during my tenure and continues strong today.
