Working

For almost 15 years I have partnered with corporate communications, marketing and sales departments at Global Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits, blending a knack for print, digital and visual storytelling with campaign execution savvy.

A creative marketing communications writer and events manager, I enjoy producing actionable communications plans, influential content, engaged social communities, positive press and memorable experiences that reflect your brand values. Connect with me on LinkedIn.

By listening to your needs, collaborating on a plan, and moving into action, I can help deliver results that will make you and your team stand out, driving ROI and solutions that matter to you.

I aspire to make a difference for our planet by building relationships and working with people and companies in the food, wine, agriculture and health and wellness (LOHAS) marketplace. I also have direct experience in the utilities, education, hospitality, healthcare, insurance and financial services industries.

Wandering

My parents lived on organic vegetable and sustainable cattle farms in Lucca, Italy and Ontario, Canada before finally settling in Sonoma County in the late 70's. It was hard work, but fun, or so they tell me. As a kid, I built tree forts tucked into rolling, vineyard-laced hillsides, scouted out the best swimming holes along the Russian River, and learned to drive on Calistoga's tight, windy roads. Thanks to my family, I am inspired by the simple beauty of open spaces and farmland. And I am incredibly lucky to call this beautiful spot on the planet home.

My two biggest passions are world travel and teaching yoga. I have explored remote villages in Southeast Asia, humid jungles in Central America, and Europe's most captivating cities. It's a big world and I love to wander. As a registered yoga instructor (RTY200, working on my 500 hour certification) and founder of YogaHike Sonoma, I lead yoga adventures to scenic Sonoma County destinations that only locals (like me) know about.  Join here to be a part of my next adventure. You'll love it. Promise.
